Plan District is a marketplace connecting architects and buyers of residential floor plans. By creating an account or purchasing plans, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Purchased plans are licensed for your use according to the listing and checkout terms presented at the time of sale. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of purchased plan files is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the architect or Plan District.

AI customization previews are provided for planning purposes and may differ from final construction documents.

Architects represent that uploaded plans are their original work or that they hold rights to distribute them. Plan District may review, pause, or remove listings that violate quality, copyright, or marketplace policies.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and applicable law. Contact support if you believe a transaction was made in error.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Plan District after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
